Relaxed Boho Wedding Photography at Home
I first met these two gorgeous people at a shoot where they were ‘modelling’ for me. They were a couple but the wedding wasn’t even on the horizon. When Charlie and Ash did get engaged they used one of the images for their invitation and I was absolutely delighted when they got in touch to ask me to be their wedding photographer. They were looking for natural wedding photography with some artistic, romantic wedding photos of the two of them.
They wanted to have the wedding at their home in Cheshire and as tree surgeons they wanted to use their ‘shed’ for the reception. Cue an enormous amount of hard work to turn the shed into a wedding venue. They also made their own tables, benches and even a stunning ‘wedding seat’ that they carved from an old tree. They also decided to sleep the night in a little bell tent which was styled to be the perfect honeymoon suite!
They did all of the decorating and flowers themselves and I loved the use of green throughout. It was a wonderfully relaxed, happy and bohemian day. A pleasure to capture from start to finish.
